About the Author:
Dabney Ewin, MD, FACS, served as a clinical professor of surgery and psychiatry at Tulane University Medical School in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has also been a clinical professor of psychiatry at Louisiana State University Medical School, and held leadership positions in several professional hypnosis organizations. Dr. Ewin has been recognized as a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
